Over the last 20 years, I served at the highest levels of executive leadership—including as a CEO in manufacturing—managing complex operations and high-stakes decision-making.
Then, I saw a recurring pattern that concerned me: leadership teams were trading their vision for "Mission Drift" and burning out in the process.
So, I decided to pivot. My wife Kristi and I chose to leverage my experience as to help mission-driven organizations redesign how they work. We realized that for a mission to succeed, the leaders need an architecture that supports their calling, not one that drains their energy.
Now, I run a specialized consultancy that helps faith-based leaders identify their "Mission Noise" and replace it with absolute clarity through the Mission Alignment Matrix.
When I’m not helping organizations find their focus, I’m spending time with my four children, following Liverpool FC, or working through my own "75 Hard" challenge.
